In popular music, a cover version or cover song, or simply cover, is a new performance or recording of a previously recorded, commercially released song by someone other than the original artist or composer.
      I was very closely connected with the music, as playing the guitar for about 6 years.

But what is music? Specialists explain that music isn't only a combination of pleasant sounds.

Tastes differ. So people's musical interests range from pop and rock music, which are extremely popular nowadays, especially among young people, to classical music and opera.

It's a pity that many young people like to listen only to modern music. As for me, I also enjoy listening to classical music. Classical music is always a complex of emotions. It gives me delight, pleasure and a sense of happiness.

Today, we have hundreds of different music styles. But classical music is relevant to this day. Have you ever asked yourself: why classical music is eternal and has no borders decay? Classic is immortal and it is really so. This music was created by the greatest composers. Composers - classics sought to display their spiritual feelings, impulses, feelings, thus creating unique masterpieces. That`s why classical music is strong.

I think that classical music gives us to live, create and start, when we listen to it. It is really music of the soul and the heart, inspiration and lightness.

Vitamin String Quartet  is a musical group from Los Angeles, California that is widely known for its series of tribute albums to rock and pop acts. Their albums are released through Vitamin Records and primarily performed by astring quartet, though other instruments have been used. "Vitamin String Quartet is about applying rock n' roll attitude to classical technique," says Tom Tally, a violist and arranger who has performed on and produced over fifty Vitamin String Quartet albums.

Their albums honor a wide variety of genres, including pop and rock, metal, techno, country, and hip-hop, and a wide variety of groups, such as Simple Plan, Queen, Led Zeppelin, Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Bruce Springsteen, Jimi Hendrix, The Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, System of a Down, The Killers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Coldplay, Muse, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Slayer, Adele, Lady Gaga and many more. Their discography includes 261 albums.

The group began in 1999 "as an experiment in transforming rock songs with classical instruments." It later expanded to include a variety of popular music.

Balmorhea is a six-piece minimalist instrumental ensemble from Austin, Texas, that was formed in 2006 by Rob Lowe and Michael Muller. Balmorhea were influenced by William Ackerman, The Six Parts Seven, Tortoise, Rachel's, Gillian Welch, Max Richter, Arvo Pärt and John Cage.
The band self-released their first album, self-titled Balmorhea, in April 2007, and their second album Rivers Arms in February 2008, and released a limited EP in the fall of 2008. The group released their third full-length album, All is Wild, All is Silent on Western Vinyl Records. Their fourth full-length album, Constellations, was released in February 2010 on Western Vinyl, and their fifth, Stranger, was released late October 2012. The band released the Heir 7" in 2014 as a companion to the re-release of their 2007 eponymous debut.

The Piano Guys are an American musical group consisting of Jon Schmidt, Steven Sharp Nelson, Paul Anderson, and Al van der Beek. They gained popularity through YouTube, where they posted piano and cello renditions of popular songs and classical music. Schmidt and Nelson's music is accompanied by professional-quality videos shot and edited by Paul Anderson and formerly by Tel Stewart. Their first four major-label albums The Piano Guys, The Piano Guys 2,A Family Christmas, and Wonders each reached number one on the Billboard New Age Albums and Classical Albums charts.

Scorpions are a German rock band formed in 1965 in Hanover by Rudolf Schenker. Since the band's inception, its musical style has ranged from hard rock to heavy metal. The lineup from 1978–92 was the most successful incarnation of the group, and included Klaus Meine (vocals), Rudolf Schenker (rhythm guitar), Matthias Jabs (lead guitar), Francis Buchholz (bass guitar), and Herman Rarebell (drums). The band's only constant member is Rudolf Schenker, although Meine has been the lead singer for all of the band's studio albums, and Jabs has been a consistent member since 1979.

Apocalyptica is a Finnish metal band from Helsinki, Finland formed in 1993. The band is composed of classically trained cellists Eicca Toppinen, Paavo Lötjönen, and Perttu Kivilaakso (all three of whom are graduates of the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki) and drummer Mikko Sirén. Originally a Metallica classical tribute band, the band eventually adopted a neoclassical metal style without the use of conventional guitars.They have sold over four million albums to date.
